Harlingen Rotary Bark Park — Attraction in Harlingen

Always mowed, love that I have a safe place to take my dog to, in order to burn some energy. Only down side is we have come after it rains, and the grass tends to be soggy and "flooded" as people here say so it takes a day or two of heat to get back to normal. I come here often and only one time there were aggressive dogs, and luckily they were in the big dog section, and the owner was on it. Its a nice park, its big, it has water, but the fence is a joke, my beagle could easily fit through it, if you have small dogs this is not the place for you, specially so close to the highway, my dog is too friendly for his own good, he wanted to play with the dogs on the other side and tried to go under the fence to go play with a friend he made over the fence, so we had to leave, whoever designed it and put the fence is not a very bright person, how can you leave a gap ALL AROUND THE FENCE. Safe,clean place to take your dogs.there is a side for dogs over 25 pounds and a side for dogs under 25 pounds. Well fenced in and plenty of room. Water fountain for you and your dogs and plastic bags and disposal cans. Picnic tables and fire hydrants for them to do there business. There's covered party area and a giant playground for the kids.
