Cato Fashions — Local services in Harlingen

I am usually very happy with shopping here more than half of my clothes is from Cato. I was heading to the store and ENTERED about 2 minutes BEFORE their closing time. I had the shirts I was going to buy IN MY HAND!!!!! The lady then told me that they are already “closed” she could have at least checked me out with the blouse I had in my hand that I needed for the next day. I’m very upset with this. I have always shopped her and have found great accessories. However, a few months back the store made some radical changes to the staff and unfortunately the change of staff has devalued the store completely. All these new employees here have no idea what they have in stock no idea how to properly place online orders and have no insight what so ever on anything pertaining to the store.
