I will start on the positive side. I drove for 2.5 hrs and came in the morning and left with the BC in my hand as planned in the afternoon
I have arrived at that office few minutes after 10Am - I took my ticket and lady in window 2 said I need the application as well, so I filled out the application and stood in the empty office. Woman in window 2 kept staring at me did not call my number. In the meantime 3 ppl walked in and were serviced by window 2 and 3. I’m still there. Screen is showing I should go to number 2 but she is not calling my number. Woman in window 3 waves towards me as I approach she says not you the other customer that walked in just minutes ago. She serves her than she savers another one I am still Waiting. I approach woman in window number 2 asking her if I need to take another ticket in order to be served she says no - a window number three will help you - I say OK and I’m still waiting. Woman from window 3 helps one more person. And than she called another number at this point way after my number. I said out loud c’mon this is ridiculous I’ve been standing and waiting here all this time She goes. Oh, I’m sorry. I didn’t know you had this number they decided to skip my number never called it out when I try to be served they dismissed me on three different occasions. In the meantime woman from window 2 goes outside to take a cigarette break.. how many clients she helped in 1 hr ?? 1!!!!! At pickup another 25 minutes wait. Very unprofessional and clearly intentional behavior. I would fire...

I parked out front and paid for parking ($4/hour, at least 8-10 spots) and got in line about two minutes before the doors open. When we went inside, we got a number (DMV style based on need), and they started calling them to one window. I was #3. The clerk was pleasant and efficient, and told me it would take about 15 minutes to have it printed (this time did increase with each person, but everyone would have it within about 30min of their order).
I waited in the waiting room while the others were helped (there were about 7 people when they opened). By 8:35, I was in my car with my birth certificate and on my way home! Definitely worth the early morning drive from Montgomery County.
If you don’t have your form beforehand, they do have all of them available there with pencils and clipboards to fill them out. In addition to check, they also take money order and major credit cards. The waiting room has changed slightly from the picture 5 years ago, there were 3-4 chairs and 2 small counters in addition to three...
