Mission Mofongo — Restaurant in Harrisburg

4 of us went as our first time, atmosphere was on the bleak side but the food made up for it! Constant customers kept them busy unfortunately the staff was unable to get their rhythm together and run this establishment efficiently. We waited over 15 minute just for water. Tables weren't cleared quick enough, a bus boy would definitely be a plus. They offer a handful of desserts but they only had cheesecake which wasn't house made. The register was acting up so orders could not be paid for leaving diners to continue sitting in seats that new customers could be at. A manager with restaurant experience could make this place a hidden gold mine. Would go back in a heartbeat if we knew it wouldn't be so chaotic. Oh, parking...

I was on a road trip with my family and we wanted authentic Latin food. Unfortunately they barely had anything available that was on the menu, every time we ask for something the waitress will say “ I am sorry we don’t have that available” finally when we were able to place an order for dinner in, 10 mins after the waitress came and told us two order were sold out also. Went here for the first time, ordered pollo Al ajillo, when I was cutting into it, it felt uncooked, showed my girlfriend, she cutt a bigger piece of breast, it was uncooked. Told the waitress, she immediately went and told the kitchen, before even apologizing or asking what I wanted In replacement, NO manager (which was there) or owner (which was there) came and apologized for almost having me eat raw food, or asking if I wanted something different. Still paid for raw food and horrible service. Left the raw plate on my table for AWHILE before my server finally decided to get it away from my table.
