The Repair Square - Phone and Computer Repair — Attraction in Harrison

My experience with The Repair Square was amazing. My phone stopped working and I wasn't able to recover my media. I took it to a popular franchise company who basically gave me information that didn't make any sense. It was as if they were reading it from a training manual. The final straw was them calling me on the number of the broken phone they had in their possession to let me know it couldn't be fixed I specifically left them an alternate number to avoid this. So I took to Google and saw pretty good reviews about The Repair Square. Joe assest the issue and told me exactly what the problem may be and the steps he could take to fix it but that it wasn't a guaranteed fix. Unfortunately he was not able to fix it on his own but gave me information about sending my phone out for a data extraction, which also was not a guarantee. I appreciated that he was upfront and clear with me. Although it was pricey, I was desperate. All photos and video of my 1st son born the year before was on the device and I foolishly didn't back anything up. Thankfully the extraction worked and I was able to get all my files. It took some time but I appreciated once again that Joe was clear about this from the start and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I had previously taken my iPod classic to an establishment that told me it would take about a week and a half to replace the battery. I left it and a week and a half later I got a text telling me that they couldn’t fix it. They couldn’t get it opened. I ended up taking it to Repair Square where Freddy told me that he’d contact me in a couple of days. The next day I received a text saying that the repair was done and that I could pick up my iPod. Freddy was very competent as well as polite and I look forward to working with him again. My iPod works great and I appreciate knowing that there is help for my electronics....

The Repair Square in Harrison is simply the best!! Joe was so professional and easy going, and most of all really wanted to help me. I was in Orlando on vacation and my phone fell out of my pocket while on a rollercoaster. The ground team found the phone but needless to say it wasn't in the best condition, it needed surgery. I took it to the Repair Square when I got home. The phone had disabled itself and Joe was able to get it working good as new over a two day period.
