We purchased a stove and refrigerator from Noble Appliance on 8/13/24. They were severely damaged upon delivery and unable to be used. The promised repair never happened. I spoke with the owner (Jason) who proposed to give me a $900 credit if I would keep the appliances as is. We agreed. This agreement is documented in the dispute response from Noble Appliance. This all could have been avoided if they would have given me the $900 credit in a timely manner. I have repaired the appliances at my own cost. We made an agreement for a refund of $900 to my Citi card and these appliances will not be returned as the agreement was $900 and we keep appliances as is. On August 13, 2024, My wife and I decided to look at appliances at Noble Appliance. At first look the store is nothing like we expected. It was more like a flea market with dozens of broken appliances in rows with doors missing from refrigerators, drawers broken, and big dents everywhere. The appliances had pieces of painter’s tape with various dates indicating various states of repair. On September 18, 2024, I had a phone call with Vinny and the store owner named Jason. Despite the statements made by Vinny, Jason told me that the repairs would take time as they are a very small business. Jason proposed to immediately (see documentation) refund $900 to my credit card, provide a third-party repair warranty for three years for each item, and provide me with a new freezer door if we would accept the items as is. I did not know what else to do so I accepted his offer. At this time the appliances were just sitting in my house waiting to be repaired. About a week or so later I received a message that the replacement freezer door was available, and I could pick it up and get me refund. I drove to the store, and no one could find the drawer. After about 30 minutes Beth came out and found the door. It had a big dent right in the center. I asked about my refund, and she told me that it will take some more time. I told Beth that I had lost faith in Noble Appliance and since they would not refund the money as promised. Beth threatened to send someone to harass us and someone did come banging on our during working hours at least ten times. Beth also threatened to call the police. She did telling the sheriff I committed retail larceny. The officer was annoyed when I showed him the e-mail messages and damaged appliances. I went back home disappointed with no door and no refund. I went home and looked up Noble Appliance. There were several complaints similar to mine documented on BBB, Yelp, and Google reviews. Many never received their promised refund or repairs. I decided it was best to dispute this charge on my credit card. I only wanted to dispute the $900 refund I was promised and the $250 value of the warranty coverage if possible. The Citi customer person disputed the entire $1854 charge for the refrigerator. After being notified about the charge dispute Noble Appliance sent many threatening statements. The sent people to knock on my door, they lied and called the Sheriff and told them I stole the appliances, and they continue to harass us. What should have been a satisfying purchase has turned into a nightmare. They also started sending messages stating that they wanted the appliances back after we agreed to the $900 credit card refund as the resolution. After the dispute Noble started sending me messages stating that I conducted consumer fraud, and they wanted to pick up the appliances and they would refund my money. After the agreement with Jason, I spent many hours and obtained parts at my cost to repair the appliances so they could be used. They remain dented, damaged, and unable to level. We do not want any further contact with Noble Appliance. We just want our refund as promised in writing. In the end CitiBank did an investigation and...
Read moreIf you value quality, communication, or your sanity, avoid Noble Appliance at all costs. If I could give Noble Appliance negative stars I absolutely would. This company is shockingly incompetent and utterly frustrating to work with. We purchased a new oven and microwave, and they managed to deliver the wrong microwave not once, but twice! Instead of resolving the issue promptly, they simply installed the incorrect unit and left it that way for months before finally delivering the one we actually ordered. We had to relentlessly chase them down as they dodged calls, avoided accountability, and constantly made empty promises to “get back to us tomorrow” which turned into weeks or months of silence each time. The only reason we eventually got through was by sheer luck when they accidentally answered my call. Brandon and Beth were particularly unhelpful and displayed an unbelievable level of incompetence. It’s genuinely astonishing that the business is still running given how poorly it’s managed. To make matters worse, the cooktop we ordered arrived used, scratched, malfunctioning, and covered in crumbs. Once again, we had to hound them for months just to get it replaced. The only positive aspect of this entire ordeal was their third party delivery team. They were courteous and professional which is more than I can say for Noble Appliance itself. Overall, purchasing a new microwave, cooktop, and oven from Noble Appliance...
Read moreWe ordered from Noble Appliance during the Pandemic, because it allowed us to get our appliances faster than waiting on the national retailer, and we were guaranteed that everything was quality checked before leaving the facility. Since then, it has been nothing but a nightmare. Our salesperson was Josh. After being charged for everything, we had to wait over 4 weeks for it to ship out, without any explanation which pushed back our contractors and install date. Once we finally got everything, we realized that they had sent us the wrong size warming drawer. We then had to order that elsewhere, waiting 3 weeks, pushing back the install of the oven and microwave that were to go in the same unit. Once we finally got everything in and started installing, there was literally something wrong with every single piece that we bought. The stovetop was sent missing 3 burners. The microwave had a visible dent in the front. The oven drawer is broken and has glass pieces in it. And the beverage fridge is missing a leveling leg. Since all of this has happened we have been dealing with Mike Anderson, who we have to try to track down to get an answer on any of this. Though we obviously got these at open boxed prices, the discount was not enough to compensate the headache we have had to go through. They market themselves as an open box store that might have minor non visible perfections (such as a dent on the backside), but...
