I went in the store to add a line for my son because t-mobile Tuesdays had a free phone promotion when adding a new line. The worker told me another promotion was going on that would be a better phone and still only had to pay the sales tax on it. (Tax was a little more but I agreed to that). He set us all up and everything went smoothly at our initial visit, but we didn’t know at that time they were not being honest when they said there would be no difference on the phone other then $20 a month for the additional line. Our first bill was auto payed and more then we were told it would be so we called customer care to dispute it as directed by the Hartland store and were told it had to be resolved in store because they are retail and not corporate in Hartland. So we went to the store and were offered a credit for half of the $200 in bill credits we were not receiving and promised that we would get. The staff in store is less then helpful unless selling you something which they no doubt get a commission off of, I was refused any contact information in store for someone higher up that could approve the correction after being told their was such a person. I was then directed back to customer care who has no ability to do anything involving this store apparently. I strongly urge that nobody purchase anything from this store or any tmobil store that isn’t corporate because they can screw you and once you leave the store you have no ability to resolve issues or hold them to...
Read moreForemost, as an IT professional/ Systems engineer, I can tell this store has absolutely "purchased" its 5 star reviews.
Worst of the worst storefront and call-in customer service.
Ive worked in hospitality my whole life and the absolute disregard I experienced today at the Hartland location was beyond layman's comprehension.
The individual was reluctant to tell me his name, and was also unwilling to help me with my "Assurant" insurance claim.
He ensured me over the phone that "I could do it myself" and that "you should fix your wifi"
I received a phone thru insurance (mail) and was only asking this individual to help me through the process of "Samsung smart swich"
He was unwilling to do anything of substance. if I had his name, I would doxx it here, for my family has had similar interactions with the same individual multiple times in the past, where either incomppitence or ignorance has playes a role in 3 or 4 experiences in this location.
Also sales im hartland tmobole are weaker than a babies neck cause Tmobi;e refuses to adress this concern.
Disgustingly wretched custo service id give -5 if i could.
the blame lies on the individual that refused me help on my insurance claim.
BRIGHTON LOCATION had me done in 15 minutes today.
Hartland kid didnt expect this detailed of a review... when i warned him, he invited the bad review like it...
Read moreI walked in, excited to order the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and my address ended up being spelled wrong after I spelled it out loud for the employee. I wasn't shown the tablet and I was not asked if it was correct. I understand that accidents happened. When I confronted the same person in the store I was told to call CARE. Called CARE whom told me to call UPS. Called UPS whom told me to call the sender (which is TMobile)... Still don't have my $1800 phone which is lost in the mail...
We needed to move my wife's phone over from Sprint also... I talked to Sprint earlier that day and was told just to go into any TMobile store. Went into this TMobile (same time as I ordered the new phone) and was told to contact Sprint.
During this same experience I needed to activate 2 new phones (my children were switching from Timex watch lines to cell phones). I was told that I cannot keep their numbers. I politely asked the gentleman to contact CARE with myself present and CARE was able to help him without much confusion. He ended up hanging up with CARE, and my kids got to keep their phone number but have cell...
