I purchased a 5000 dollar necklace through snap financing which gives you a 100 day buyout meaning I pay 360 a week for three months and the necklace is mine. Before doing so I was TOLD when I pay it off I could upgrade meaning turn in my 5,000 dollar chain and get the credit and do the same for a chain twice the price and weight it is called an upgrade … so I pay off the chain EARLIER than I’m supposed to when I go back to The Diamond Ring Company they only give me 950 dollars credit to spend if I turn in the 5000 dollar chain I just paid off early….I Was Told I would receive AT LEAST the 5000 I just paid off BUT they are liars and scammers NOW I have a overpriced 5000 chain that I didn’t want and these people do t care that they lied and scammed me ONLY that they received they’re commissions it is very disrespectful and wrong IF you are in the market for jewelry THIS IS THE WRONG PLACE unless you want to get taken...

Guys don't even waste your time doing business with this company. I was in a rush and needed my Gucci watch to have a batter change. Mind you the watch is in brand new condition no scratches at all to a point that it still has the factory polish look to it.

Usually go to valliani but they were so pack with customers. Went ahead and use this company. Boy they returned the watch fully of oil and had scratches in which can be polish...

The owner or manager was pretentious and most certainly irresponsible! Back and fort conversation not even a curtesy to fix the problem... if these clowns can even stand up to their service just think about if you spend more on buying their items.

Don't waste your time just go to valliani at least they have class! This store has Chinatown warranty... irresponsive...

This review is important to read. Before I walked into Diamond Ring I went to 3 different jewelry shops. Every shop wanted a sale and didn’t truly understand the importance of my purchase. Diamond Ring team set with me an explained diamond’s and what I should be looking for. They didn’t care about me buying anything. They cared about me being educated on diamonds. We talked for two hours and I was able to get to know them and they got to know me. We were able to stay within my budget and get a beautiful diamond ring for my future fiancé. This has been a great experience and I will definitely be back....
