Jersey Coin Showcase — Attraction in Hazlet Township

dont get ur Pokemon Yu giOh one piece or any trading card from this store. If I could give 0 stars I would I bought 4 pokemon packs 3 fusion strike and 1 hidden fates pack this past saturday. And mind you im newer to the new pokemon so dont really know what they look like.Never gotten these packs before. So fast forward to Thursday I went to open a pack and noticed 1 was a lil smaller than the others and opened that pack. It was resealed and the cards were fake. Didn't open the other packs. I called to speak to the man who sold them to me and he said he couldn't do anything. That's fine I just wanted my money back or different product. could've kept a customer and kept doing business as such. But I would suggest not buying pokemon yugioh or any trading card from this place. 1 they sold fake product and 2 wouldnt make it right. They didn't want to make it right. Pictures taken of packs and now I look closer it does look like the packs were cut and resealed. Not something an amateur hobbiest would have noticed I just thought the wrapper for the packs were like this just from this set but I was regrettably wrong. Learn from my mistake. The 2 gentlemen that run the coin jewelry side of the store are not that nice especially if you’re not there to do business with them. The guy that owns and runs the toy and card collectibles is never there. Ive gone 3 times a day sometimes day on end and he's never there. I wanted to buy some figures and cards i would wait sometimes over 20 minutes and he's a no show. I spoke to the lovely 2 gentlemen working the coin spot and your barely acknowledged by them and i asked where is he And they are like “ haven't seen him in days” and I've asked a few times to call him and i was told no. But the once a month that he shows up he is a nice guy. I come all the way from old bridge and last week was my final time ever in that dump. I think last week alone i visited the store around 9 times because i really wanted the items i even left them on the counter and came back the next day to find them where i left them. You'll see mostly great reviews of Jersey Coin Showcase but unfortunately, you'll see some novice's posting one star reviews. I can tell you from experience the one star's are from folks who caught these pro's on a bad day. Guys, we all have a bad day. OR, the people posting the one stars are simply one star people. You be the judge. I buy/sell my collectibles here because they simply are honest and give honest prices. I'm to the point where I don't even need to check my guide book. If I like something, I just ask for the price and I buy it. Please remember, they are real humans who work here, not computers. In fact, the people who work here read books, not computers. I'm simply a car guy who just happens to collect coins and has a little bit of experience so trust me.
