EDITED REVIEW.. After my first encounter with staff being horrible I said I would never come back! However, I gave this shop another chance and whoa Nellie I am impressed! They have gotten a really good staff in there now and that has taken a shop I would never go into again to a shop I love going into. Robert knows the products the pros and cons and won't sell you something just to get the sell. He will tell you the truth and let you decide. He is friendly and approachable. Cheyenne is knowledgeable, approachable and friendly! When you come in she always has a smile and she wants to help you get what you are after. TJ, he is great. He has been in the industry long enough he knows what coil building and cloud chasing is. That does make a difference. When he gives you a recommendation it is because he has been on the other side of the counter not just because he wants to make a sell. It is experience and that is not something you can fake. The feel that all the staff I have encountered has been very knowledgeable and approachable! They know their product and what they are selling you. They want to get you the right product. The shop has been clean and stocked. You are never just left hanging or disregarded. Great job to the owners for getting a great staff. A vape shop is more than just the products and price points... it is the staff as well that can make or break you and you have gotten a great staff!!! That has made a shop that I will keep coming back too! The only con I can see know is not able to test flavors....

The past couple months they don't have anything that I normally buy, their shelves are barren but I like the people who work there so I kept trying to shop there. This last time I stopped in I got a disposable vape that I have never tried before for myself and my mom. They seemed fine when I tested them but after a while the one I got wasn't pumping juice to the diffuser and it was just burning and wasn't working. The day after I bought it I tried to take it and exchange it for one that worked. I was told to bad, it's on the door we don't take the garbage we are currently selling in place of the quality stuff we used to sell back if it doesn't work right. $60 I spent on 2 vapes. I wanted to exchange 1 of them. Kid gave ne some card and told me to call his bosses. No thanks. Take care of the loyal customer who hasn't ever tried to return anything after 3 years of regularly shopping there. Needless to say I will NEVER step in their shop again. I will tell everyone I know who might go there to stay away. So disappointed. I couldn't believe it, don't shop here. Bad business if you can't take care of your regular customers. They will be out of business soon. From the looks of their empty shelves. They have a few stores. Don't shop at any if them. Go to the Queens Palace or Karma Corner. Read moreNeeds to be a 0!!!!!! We bring in our coil to get a new one and make sure it is matched correctly. Since the kid at the counter was holding ours we assumed he gave us the right pack. After running our credit card we notice it is THE WRONG COIL. Still at the counter , not leaving the store and catching the mistake instantly, we are told NO REDUNDS!! WHAT!?!?!?!? We did not make the mistake nor even leave the counter after purchase!!!! After the kid called the manager, Kelly.. we were told only in store credit, so we ordered coils, NONE WERE IN STOCK... after Kelly proceeds to tell us via phone in store credit must be used TODAY, WHAT!?!?!?!?!
