I love this place, great for kids, it would be 5 stars but This was our second time coming after signing up a couple of months ago for the first class x 3 for each of our kids and additional parent passes. I was pretty disappointed with our experience today, it turns out we were given the wrong passes, but that wasn’t the issue. The issue was the eatery. We ordered our food and it wasn’t until after we received our food that we realized we hadn’t received a discount on our order when I brought it to staff member (Laylas) attention she made it seem like it was my fault and my problem for not informing her of our membership and that it wasn’t even that big of a discount so it wouldn’t be worth asking for a refund and to be recharged… she informed me at first that it was only a 5% discount and I told her that we had elite passes. She said well that’s not even much of a difference that’s only 10% of a discount and I said OK and she said that would only cover your tax so it’s really not worth it and I just said OK and walked away but after speaking with a really nice manager, Morgin, I learned that we had first class passes and the discount was indeed worth it at 15% and she was able to fix our passes because we almost got booted out for wearing the blue ones. She was very helpful and I just wish we weren’t made to feel like we were in the wrong for not telling the staff and that it wasn’t corrected after bringing it up and it wasn’t worth utilizing when we pay so much and...

I'm giving this establishment one star because although it's a fun place their management won't even make any efforts to accommodate for inconveniences. I travel from far with my family to enjoy this place and their website showed a few specific attractions. The night before we drove there we bought our tickets for two hours at the park and spent about $220. When we arrived there we saw a paper print out at the counter saying that two of the major attractions shown on their website were closed. I asked them why their website didn't show any attractions closed for the day. I asked how many days had those attractions had been closed and the employee said that they had been closed for several days. The employee proceeded to called a manager but the manager didn't have anything to offer us even though we had just bought the tickets less than twelve hours prior to our arrival. I didn't expected a full refund or even half the price for our tickets but at least an effort to accommodate us by giving the children a free game at the arcades or a free soda while we where there but the manager didn't even had a response to why they didn't had a disclaimer showing on their website those main attractions being closed. My two little girls had fun but my two older boys were disappointed as the fun ran out very quickly since they were looking forward to those two specific...

CHAOS !!!!!! We took our two-year-old granddaughter here and we’re very excited. Once we got in the place was CHAOS!!!!!! It’s like I read in some of the other reviews. There is no one monitoring the space for toddlers or the younger kids. There were older kids running around clearly way too old to be in these sections and pretty much knocking kids over…. kids falling down the stairs to the slides, etc. because the bigger kids were just mowing them over!!! running wild. I get it… But literally there was virtually no staff that I saw around the whole place to monitor and keep kids under control. The only Staff we ever saw was at the entrance spot where they wanted to make sure everyone was paying who went in…….other than that, like I said it was just complete chaos throughout the whole place!!!! What a disappointment for sure! Already a bunch of Riff Raff hanging out in front as well. In the parking lot. Definitely would not go there after dark for sure. We met one family who came all the way from San Diego and they were so disappointed. We felt bad. They came such a long way for that. There’s another place in Moreno Valley not far from here that is much better and definitely more controlled and monitored with what’s going on inside the building. They definitely need way more...

This is a great place that was much needed in our town. The first two times I went was great and we didn't have problems. However, we went after they added security and now they don't allow sealed WATER BOTTLES or refillable water bottles. They also have a sign that says they don't offer free water cups like every other place in California would. They checked my bag for water and allowed me to bring in my pepper spray but made me take my water back to the car. This place cares more about making an extra $4 a person on a basic human need then caring about the people who spend $20plus per person to play there. What kind of physical excerise place doesn't want kids and adults to have water? There is one water fountain by the bathroom and it's just not sanitary or convenient to have everyone only allowed at one fountain or buy there great value brand over priced water.
