It's better to come during the day when they are open, if you can, and a friendly staff member will take your money and you can fill up your bottles at one of the many faucets. The machines are available 24/7, but there were several times at night when we inserted a dollar, filled a gallon and only received 1 or 2 quarters in change, and had to return during the day when they were open for a refund.

This was back when the water was $0.25 a gallon, as we've been filling water here for years. For 2022 it was $0.35, and for 2024 it is $0.40. They have big signs with their phone number if you experience a problem with the machines, but they don't seem to be any better maintained. Their water is great. Over the past year or so though they're normally not working in the store, so you have to bring your cash with you to get your water from the machines rather than from the spout. Arguably the water from the machines is better than the water from the spout though, so as long as I have cash this is my go-to spot for water.

Updated 2/2/22: Although still great water, a 40% increase in price is a bit of a surprise. 5 gallon refill went form $1.25 to $1.75. Judy wish they had a change machine accessible after hours. I buy the alkaline water for my family. I only wish it wasn't so expensive... My family's health is worth every penny though!! But anytime I have had an issue with any of the machines the owner has corrected the issue and their contract info is clearly posted so you don't have to hunt down the phone number only for it to be disconnected it just ring endlessly like so many other businesses do...
