I’ve been at this quality inn location for some time now And first and foremost Paul and the other gentleman at the front office who’ve helped me during my stay have been incredible easy to deal with. Very kind easy to talk to and friendly. No hassle whatsoever checking in or out , I had a day I forgot I was supposed to check out and and ended up staying but they kindly called the room and when i answered they politely asked if I was going to stay and gave me time to make a decision. The rooms are well kept the housekeeping staff is very friendly and helpful. Even when my “ do not disturb door hanger fell off they quickly realized that it was for my room and must have put it back on because I heard it fall off multiple times from the wind , the wind finally got it and it blew away but when I went to the front desk to ask for another they kindly gave me tape to stick it to the door without me even asking. The breakfast was pretty good nothing amazing but everything was well stocked and very spotless clean every morning that I went to have breakfast. It inside the office. They had coffee available all day I think until 10pm I believe. Once again it want amazing food but quite and clean environment. Overall I’ve stayed at a few different hotels in the area and this location is quite, away from walkthrough traffic or random ppl on bikes because it’s a a closed parking lot. The parking was never full even at night there was plenty of parking available. I enjoyed my stay and I will be back probably sometime soon in between trucking jobs. I highly recommend it , if it’s a little more expensive then the other places close by you should pay the extra money. Its worth it. The part of town isn’t great but it’s close to a Walmart neighborhood market and lots of fast food and other restaurants. They have a pool and spa , I didn’t partake because the weather was a little cold for me but I did check it just to see and it was very clean and well kept from what I could see. Do not stay here. I’m going to be honest unlike most of these other reviewers. We requested a non-smoking room and when we got there it smelled STRONGLY like smoke- not just the air but the bedding and the curtains. We were willing to go to a different room but they said they were booked and couldn’t do anything for us. We paid over $550 to stay there for four nights for a softball tournament for my daughter but had to go to another hotel at 10:30 PM over thirty minutes away and pay another $550 to get a non smoking room. Quality Inn hotel will not refund us even though we upheld our end of the contract. We fulfilled our obligation 100% but we are the ones being penalized. The hotel broke their contract with us by advertising they have non-smoking rooms when apparently they don’t any non smoking cuz there’s ppl smoking everywhere. My daughter has asthma so it’s literally a health hazard for her to stay there. WE are left with the bill for a room we didn’t even stay in for more than 15 minutes. They don’t answer their phones or emails from Priceline or customers for over hour days/nights. They hide from being responsible in any way, shape or form. I don’t say this lightly because I’ve worked for a hotel before but this is a SLUM hotel with slum owners. Additionally this hotel is next to a liquor store and there are always homeless ppl milling around. That didn’t deter us from staying there! We’re not that picky! The problem is this hotel didn’t even deliver on the most basic part of the room reservation. The night clerk was very nice initially and told me we wouldn’t be charged for the first night but we were charged for it all anyways. I was understanding and willing to work with them. I know how that things can happen out of their control but they are liable for those mistakes or broken contracts. Don’t stay here. They are dishonest and have no integrity and out a very unsafe...
