Diamond Plus Pizza — Restaurant in Hemet

I place an order through doordash. The app showed that it had been picked up and then a few minutes later a person called me and said that if I wanted my pizza I had to give them $500 in cash. I said will you enjoy that pizza then and I hung up. I called the pizza place and they told me that they had never received a doordash order for my pizza even though app proved that had. I called doordash and they confirmed that diamond pizza place had in fact received the order for the pizza and it showed that the pizza had been made and was out for delivery. I told them about the ransom demand for my pizza and they said that they would credit me for the cost of my pizza. I've then called The Pizza place back again and they again insisted that they never made a pizza as I had ordered one. I called the number of the person who placed the ransom delivery for my pizza and went back to doordash. So I called the local law enforcement and reported it for fraud. Obviously the pizza business and the delivery person we're in on it. So yeah now the sheriff's department is looking into diamond Plus Pizza in West Hemet California. Don't try to defraud people. The CHEESEBURGER PIZZA is a MUST! Every time I visit Diamond Plus Pizza the food gets better and better. The kitchen refined their cheeseburger pizza style and it’s so good! I ordered the extra large and it had great meat portions! Definitely a party pizza! I also enjoyed the deluxe pizza with meat and veggies, the olives are little too strong but I survived. The cheese bread was a little weak, it needed garlic and some more flavor. Overall, my meal was very enjoyable despite some lows. The service is always impeccable, I never get a rude person here. The girl at the front was quick and was making pizzas and completing cashier work at the same time. This joint has a lot of rough customers so the staff here puts up with a lot. Despite that, they’re professional with everyone! It’s pretty quiet when I come in but I know it probably gets loud since it’s right in the middle of Florida and it’s near a seedy motel. Don’t let the area stop you, this pizza joint is very clean! The place has some good lunch deals such as their $6.99 personal pizza with a drink from 12-3pm every day! When this place was 5 bucks pizza you would NEVER catch me getting pizza from them but I saw it was a new ownership and gave it a shot! I was so impressed with quality of pizza and service! When I asked for cheese peppers and plates they provided no issue!!! BUT I just went there to return since I was impressed the first time I even said I am gonna give this place a good review.... then I went in to get my pizza and asked for plates cheese and peppers but they said no we don't give plates and only gave me 2 pepper packs and 2 cheese packs for a LARGE CHEESE PIZZA! I ask if I could have a few more and said they would have to charge me 10 Cents per packet!
