Unfortunately very bad experience. I financed a ding and dent Frigidaire refrigerator on Oct 02, 2024, the very next day it had an issue with the refrigerator not closing well. They were quick to send a repair man, which was awesome. He literally took the strap that was giving the problem, that separates the top freezer from the refrigerator and popped it back in with his fist and got it to seal temporarily. The next day, I called to advise that it appears to be lifting again. The receptionist when I called she'll ask the repair man further info. The next day she called me and advised me that the repair man SUPPOSEDLY spoke to the manufacturer and they guided him on how to seal it. The repair man shows up and states "I'm here to take a look at it." And i stated "take a look at it?? I thought you're going to repair it and seal it? He said "yeah they gave me this glue and wanted me to seal it with this but i am not going to do that." with a store bought heavy duty glue in his hand, he stated Appliance showroom wanted him to seal it with that. Fortunately he had morals and did not seal it with the store bought glue. He said "I am here to take a picture of the issue and a picture of the serial number and we'll see how the manufacturer wants to resolve this issue because it is not repairable. Give it a day or two we'll see what they say." A day passes and I get a call from Appliance showroom and she stated "We are just going to replace your refrigerator with a new one. They will deliver it tomorrow." I said "ok cool". They show up with the same type of refrigerator, a ding and dent, that had a dent on the freezer door, stated it was new except for the dent on the freezer door, but they were going to exchange the freezer door with the freezer door of the refrigerator that was giving me the issue so that it can look new. I immediately stated "what happened to the manufacturer warranty?" "What did the manufacturer say? How were they going to resolve it?". The delivery man said replace it with this this one, its new it just has a dent. I continued to state "It has a one year MANUFACTURER warranty, the MANUFACTURER will not resolve it with one you previously have in store, ding and dent." The delivery man stated call the store when I spoke to the receptionist she stated "we are replacing it out of courtesy so you don't have to go without one that is not working. I refused to let them take the one with the issue I contacted the MANUFACTURER Frigidaire myself, set up a service appointment with there technician, at no cost to me because it has manufacturer warranty, the Frigidaire technician came out within 2 days took pictures and the serial number, marked it as not repairable, and stated I should be getting my brand new refrigerator straight from the manufacturer within 3 weeks." It is unfortunate that they wanted to "band-aid" the situation with store bought glue and still wanted to replace it with another "ding and dent", that I did not agree to. With them knowingly being familiar with how Frigidaire works and operates. That is what the receptionist stated to me after I told her FRIGIDAIRE said they are going to replace it WITH A BRAND NEW ONE SEALED IN A BOX AND I ALSO GET TO KEEP the one that is damaged. Again, I went straight through the manufacturer myself and they will be sending out a brand new one sealed in a box as it should be due to the manufacturer warranty. The repair technician from Frigidaire stated that they've been having a lot of issues with appliances that are bought from Appliance Showroom lately, that most service calls he receives in this area, the appliances come from...
Read moreMy gas dryer was making a horrific noise so I returned to the company where I originally purchased my set. A repair man was set to my home upon his departure, I noticed my dryer was still making the same horrific noise. I called the company to inform them of this issue at which time the repair man returned within a couple of hours. The repair man Raul claims the part he replaced was damaged so he was going to replace it, again. It took him a long time to make the second repair but during so I heard an extremely load crash. When I entered my laundry room I asked Raul if he broke something. He told me "no" that the top of the dryer fell. Because this repair man was an epic fail and the problem still exists, I contacted the owner Larry. Larry came to check out the problem and stated " it is 11 years old." After calling Larry for the third time he assigned another tech. End results my dryer is still making that horrific noise, looks like I have no other options but to pay a different repair company for the same problem. Or replace the dryer because I am unable to live with the loud noises coming...
Read moreI went in there the other day to give me some roller wheels for my dryer, and before she even knew what I wanted just to look she gave me was crazy. Anyways I asked her for the roller wheels and she didn’t even want to look them up for me. She is one of the owners I believe Well, just imagine going to an appliance Store that sells appliances and has access to ordering different supplies for several different washers dryers etc. well she told me that she doesn’t order the wheels for the dryer so I said OK she gave me a site to go to the last thing that I asked her was if she could give me the Parts number she said no, but this is the real ringer before I even asked for anything but the wheels she just looked at me and said you gotta go down the street to B&B, like she really made me feel like she was racist ! Well to each his own I won’t be going there anymore. Pretty sure I’m not the only one that feels that way anyways good...
