I went in to get boots for my boyfriend. I tried some for myself a size up and unfortunately they wouldn’t slide in. The young lady at the counter offered to steam them so that they would widen up and I return a little later to retry and potentially purchase. I purchased my boyfriends pair and the huaraches which by the way were super comfortable and light weight. I later returned to be greeted by one of the owners who gave great customer service as the lady from earlier..and the boots fit well! Don’t take your hat to this place if you value it. I left my Stetson with them to be spot treated and cleaned, and not only did my hat come back still dirty, but it was in worse condition then when I left it, they shredded multiple spots on the front of the hat, reshaped the brim crooked, and charged for the service despite the botched job. I’ve always had good experiences with this place in the past, got my boots stretched and had no issues, they have great customer service.
