4 years I've been going to this business. Had 1 bad experience that they quickly fixed. (Miscommunication on type of massage). Today I went in for my usual 1 hour swedish massage. New therapist, but figured whatever they're generally all good. Boy was I wrong. Was literally abused with some kind of deep tissue/thai/mma type of beating. So bad I payed quickly with no tip. (Usually tip at least $15-20). Got into the parking lot and vomited. Called my wife cause I was so dazed. She promptly called and explained what had happened and was offered a discount to come back. Don’t even bother I call and make an appointment. The lady books my appointment then she calls the next day to confirm my appointment I answer then I request to come in earlier and she says yes it’s ok. On our way there prior to my appointment another women calls just to ask if we are on our way and I tell her yes we are 5 mins away. Little did we know when we checked in the woman in the reception says there was someone ahead of us and that we were only going to get a 30 min massage vs the hour one. How disappointing. I received a certificate for my birthday and I enjoyed my massage. The place is a little dark, may use a little renovation. However it was clean & linens smelled fresh. I scheduled an appointment and was running late because of traffic. I made a phone call and they were able to accommodated my session. I was very pleased with the massage the masseuse was excellent!!! She hit all the areas that need work and was completely relaxed the entire time. I felt as if the lady knew what areas and techniques to use, and was very professional. I would say one of the best massages!
