AutoZone Auto Parts — Attraction in Hempfield Township

I was traveling when suddenly my battery light came on in my toyota camry, I pulled into Autozone and Samuel helped me diagnose my vehicle. Turns out my alternator went bad. I purchased a new alternator and borrowed a belt tensioner tool to complete the job. During the entire process, Samuel and Bill went above and beyond to help me get back on the road. By far the best experience I have ever had at an auto parts store. Ended up finishing the job in about an hour and I was back on the road. I got a flat tire trying to put air in my tires and wasn't sure who to call. I have AAA but didn't feel like waiting for hours. AutoZone was right down the road from me so I called them. Rob, the store manager, said he would come over and he was there in minutes. He tried to put air in the tire but I had a broken valve stem. He graciously agreed to change my tire which wasn't easy because the lug nuts wouldn't come loose. He kept at it and wouldn't give up! Bill Mason and Anthony Smith I can say are two of the Best Auto Part Store Workers I have EVER dealt with. They have a ton of knowledge and assist me each and EVERY time i visit their store.
