I got into the program because I thought she can help me with my migraine. I have tricare prime and still willing to pay extra to get rid of the pain. All I got was bills and prescriptions for more medication that NEVER worked. I ended up in nellis emergency with such severe pain that I couldn't move and being able to dress myself. Thank God that the neurologist in nellis hospital knew what to do and finally I got the right treatment and feel again like a human being and not being a guinea pig for all the pills she experimented on me.i cancelled my subscription and now I am getting bills from 7 months ago and every month I am getting a new one. When I questioned about it the secretary told me the accountant doesn't keep track in time. So why should I pay a bill dated February when I cancelled my subscription in June?my husband also has a subscription and I am trying very hard to make him understand it is just a waste of money having her...

If I can give 0 stars I would. I paid a huge amount above the normal to have her on call for myself 24/7 ANYTIME she would be there for me. I am 75 and I fell Ill. I was weak shaking vomiting and in extreme pain. I called her for 6 hours and left her countless messages! When she finally causally called me back, the extra $3000 a year expert told me.. Hmm sounds like you have a bug... you should go to the ER. Google at that point had given me more info. Then when my granddaughter picked me up to go to the ER, she called me, (in which I was hoping she would meet me at the ER, since that was also what she was paid to do) and she said Quote " OPPS SORRY I BUTTDIALED YOU HAHAHAH" then hung up. After the ER fixed and released me, I tried calling her for days to give her my diagnosis. She never called to check my well being at all. UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNCARING, I FEEL SCAMMED by MS....

We have been patients of Dr. Matsumoto since before she joined the MDVIP group. We have always enjoyed having her as our Primary Care Physician. She is very knowledgeable and professional as well as a delightful person. I feel like she is a friend when I am in her presence at her office. There is nothing I would hesitate to discuss with her. I have never felt this comfortable with a medical practitioner since my childhood family doctor. She always is consistent with her delivery of medical care.
