Had my Mac Mini there and had agreed to get a new board for it. But, the cost of the board and other things I wanted was getting close to the price of a new mac mini. They pointed that out and said maybe that I would want to consider getting a new mac mini - even though they lost money because I didn't do the repair. I ended up not doing the repair with them but they did a great job figuring out the problem and giving me the best solution even though the solution was not to spend more money repairing a computer with them. On second thought, being in the computer industry and knowing as much as I do about hardware, it should have been obvious I was getting close to the price of a new mac mini. That says a lot, because Hendersonville can be a tough business environment; so many folks spend their money in Nashville. Competition with "the big city" is tough.
