The finished piece came out Great!!! The entire experience was personalized with a high level of detailed attention. I worked with Tom and it was clear that he actually cared about the look and preservation of the work. Being able to worked with a single person throughout the process attributed to the success of the finished product.

I brought in an original newspaper article that commemorated one of my wife’s accomplishments. It was the only copy that I had and was concerned with the safety of the piece. It was a more complex job that required multiple layers, intricate spacing, and since it was a surprise gift for her a look that she would find acceptable for the style of our home. Everything about the process was advised on by Tom from the glass used to prevent fading down to the glue used to mount the image. He actually listened to my concerns which paid off in a big way!

As is with the nature of custom projects that involve many details, information can gets lost in translation. Due to the trimmed articles not having page numbers the studio mounted them in the wrong order. Since I had expressed my concerns about preservation at the start, Tom recommended that we use the same type of glue used by museums to preserve historical documents. Because of his care and foresight to the needs of the project they were able to quickly correct the issue without any damage and no additional cost.

The final product looked great, the materials were high quality, and the process was individually catered. This business and their staff accomplished everything you should expect from a high end...

I had a random assortment of pictures to be framed. I have an animation cell that needed to be laid on top of a board, then have a border, then put under a UV resistant glass to preserve it. They did an excellent job! The colors for the background and border are awesome! The cell really stands out with the chosen colors!

Then I had 2 oil paintings by one of my favorite artists. One had already been stretched on a frame, the other had not.

The one that needed to be stretched was a little more work for them but it is amazing! Tom really took the time to make sure that all of the important design elements, such as the signature fall perfectly into view when placed inside of the frame. They are each a unique size so a standard frame would not work.

Tom and Michael had a wide assortment of frames and matting. They are extremely knowledgeable. They wanted to make sure that my animation cell was done properly, so Tom called his 'expert' to make 100% sure that it was done correctly. I really appreciated that. Many people would have just pretended to be sure or not say anything, leaving me to assume that all would be fine. This instilled confidence in him. I guess that not a lot of people have cells anymore.

They were quick and efficient. I showed up on late Monday afternoon and all 3 of my projects were ready to be picked up on Friday!
