Purple Haze Smoke Shop — Local services in Hermosa Beach

I purchased an electronic vape pen system from these guys and the battery failed after 2 weeks. Took it back and they said I had to go directly to Joytech to get warranty repair - which I tried and never got a response back from them.

Meantime I purchased another battery (different brand) from Purple Haze for $30 - which then started to malfunction within a few days. It wouldn't take a charge. Went back again and asked them to exchange it and was told all sales are final sorry no refund or exchange - offered to give me 15% off on another battery...Customer service at Purple Haze - FAIL!!!

This is a retail business that does NOT care about it's customer - They should have exchanged the faulty parts and gone to bat with their supplier over the defective products to keep their clientele satisfied. Instead I'm out $60 with no working hardware.

so ridiculously overpriced, all the small cheap bubblers start at 60 bucks and ones that over 6 inch they try charging 100, all handpipes start at 15 bucks and those are the thin af see through ones that arent even color changing the decent pipes are $30+, and they wont budge on the prices. this is the same glass you get in venice and torrance for 10-20 bucks a piece and those pipes are a lot nicer too. bongs, dont even mention it because they would probably want all of your money plus your watch and your...

Been shopping here for a couple of years and my LAST visit was officially today. Too bad because all the employees are super cool. Whoever manages the inventory needs business lessons because without fail they are either running low or out of stock. I need a much more reliable source than this place can offer. Empty promises on restocks are another really frustrating way this place operates. Find somewhere else to shop, otherwise you will almost surely be let down by this...
