Lotte Market in Herndon is one of those places where you can easily lose track of time just browsing around. The store is big, clean, and packed with all kinds of groceries from different cultures — especially Korean, Japanese, and other Asian items. The produce section is fresh and well stocked, and I like that they often have seasonal fruits and veggies you don’t always find at big chain stores. The seafood counter is impressive too, with a nice mix of fresh fish, crabs, and shrimp.

What makes it even better is the little food court area near the entrance. You can grab hot Korean dishes, bakery items, or bubble tea if you want a quick bite while shopping. The staff is friendly and keeps the aisles tidy, which makes the whole experience smooth. Prices are reasonable overall, and parking is never a hassle. Lotte has a variety of everything from meats, (fresh, frozen apply for everything), vegetables, pastas, dairy, breads, cookies, etc. for different tastes and cultures. Asian, Tibetan, American, Hindi, and more around the world. Exotic and ordinary, fishes too. The prices are average for this kind of supermarket, some are very expensive depending on the level of "exotic". Overall the ordinary stuff is one to two dollars higher than others supers, but they have specials per week and some vegetables are at a great price. The cashier's are not very nice, a little rude sometimes. Looks clean, but it's a little dark inside. I didn't smell bad odors or have seen something bad. Extremely rude workers! Wife went in to grab a few quick things at 945 and was followed around and harassed because they were closed. However the store is open til 10. When I came over at 950 to help with checkout I had to argue with the kid at the front door to let me in. If you guys want to close at 945 to leave at 10 then close the store and change the hours. It says open til 10 you should be open til 10. And whoever the man was that felt it necessary to follow and harass a woman while she was grabbing a few things. Shame on you. I hope your wife or daughter are never treated like you treated my wife. We Will...
