This place features nature walking trails and a stream. You can explore all of the trails in about an hour. The woods are kind of dense all around you and some of the trails are narrower than others. This trail doesn't seem to be regularly maintained and sometimes there are downed trees crossing over the paths. This park offers placards featuring info on some of the insects and plants you may see while there. And there is a small flower garden you can walk through. There is also a water fountain for people and one that is at drinking height for a dog. There is a part of the park which has picnic benches under a pavillion. At the edge of one of the park's trails there is a public swimming pool, a playground, a basketball court and tennis courts but I don't know if they're associated with Runnymede Park or not. There is also another trail system connected to another edge of the park where people can ride bikes and walk or run, but riding your bike through Runnymede to get there isn't advisable as Runnymede can be extra soggy, tree obstructed, and rocky in places. The subtle sound of the stream, breeze through the canopy of the trees and the light getting filtered through the green of the leaves makes it so serene.
