There food is very good. However, extremely horrible costumer service.

First, I enter with my boyfriend & we aren't greeted. When we go over to the counter to order, there was a young lady there eating & just staring at us very annoyed.. doesn't say a word so I was confused whether or not she was going to take my order. Then, I proceeded to ask if she was ready & she just says " ya " while she continues to eat . I start to tell her my order & she's not even taking it! Instead, another lady standing next to her takes it, so I turn my direction towards her. Finally my order is taken & all is good.

I get to the house & my boyfriends taco has cilantro on it & I had specifically asked the lady taking the order not to put it on after she told me what goes on the taco. She said she would leave it off & they didn't.. no big deal, accidents happen.

BUT, I called the store back & told them the situation & the girl on the phone sounded extremely annoyed & said " well I didn't take your order so .. " that alone shocked me because I have NEVER in my life had any place not apologize for their mistakes or instantly try to fix the situation. So then I said to her " ok? Well we asked for it without cilantro & my boyfriend doesn't like cilantro so what am I supposed to do when somebody got my order wrong? " even more annoyed, she said " well bring them then. " , I said ok & then asked her if it was possible to put cheese on the tacos & she said " well we don't put cheese on the tacos but I have to ask the lady " & I said " ok please ask her " , I get no response after that & then I come to realize that she just hung up on me!

I was so annoyed & in shock by how disrespectful this girl was to me that I didn't even go back to fix my order because I didn't want to waste anymore of my time to drive there & deal with their attitude.

Ridiculous. Never going back there again & definetly never recommending this place to...

Great food, definitely a small place that you probably wouldn't walk into unless you knew that the food was good. Came here with some co-workers who introduced me to this place. Will most certainly be back and looking forward to it. Came on a cold day and had their chicken soup. Though it was a standard and safe for me, it was a smooth tasty broth, with two whole pieces of chicken -- I'm talking two whole chicken thighs -- which were flavorful and delicious. There were potatoes, carrots, celery and some root vegetables. A little heavy on the salt for me, but overall very tasty. My co-workers got three tacos and a mexican sandwich, which both looked very tasty. The space for eating is small and I imagine the tables at times are completely full. But its a great location for carry-out and I can see myself carrying out for lunch or for dinner and taking it home to eat. Good food and I look forward to trying a variety of dishes at this good restaurant and good find. I actually love finding restaurants like this because you never know if its good unless you try it and/or...

Phew what can I say. I was trying to give the benefit of the doubt based on the reviews but I see why it’s so low now. The food was complete feo! Nasty not fresh was definitely pre packaged ehhhhh. You can’t do that with veggies they get soggy! Looks like it was in the freezer then melted. I ordered simple things since it was my first time and still was definitely pre cooked then warmed back up. If you want some good food go to PAPUSA EXPRESS ON ELDEN. THEY HAVE GREAT QUALITY FOOD THERE, MADE TO ORDER PLUS INEXPENSIVE. Yeah Gloria THIS IS NOT IT. IDK WHAT POSSESSED YOU TO GET A RESTAURANT. WE LITERALLY TRIED PICKING AT THE FOOD THEN HAD TO TOSS IT. IT JUST WASNT GOOD. COME ON, even the rice was nasty. Like the pre cooked bag of rice from the store. You could’ve just made fresh white rice from the rice cooker if that was the case....
