Modern and beautiful community rec center (see below for a more thorough dive (haha) into details about their indoor pools). Facilities include: large indoor basketball courts, racquetball, an indoor upper track, weight training equipment, party rooms, and awesome indoor pools! The swimming area is huge and a ton of fun for all ages, including the following indoor pools (with size estimations): - A shallow kiddie splash area with a small playset - A water propelled lazy river - A medium sized (30-ish feet long?) 4 or 5 foot deep pool that is great for newer swimmers - A giant pool that has both a more shallow area 4-ish feet deep as well as a very deep area (13’ I believe) that is divided by lap lanes. The deep side of the pool has two diving boards that are 1 and 3 meters high respectively (about 3’ and 10’ high) - A large tunnel circular slide that is surprisingly big and fast for a rec center There are also men’s and women’s locker rooms and showers. One thing I would suggest is to CALL IN ADVANCE TO DOUBLE CHECK THE POOL SCHEDULE! Sometimes they let water polo teams or swim teams practice here which shuts down the diving boards and larger pool area. If you call in they can tell you if any of the pool areas are currently unavailable. Cost for admission is based on age, and always includes access to the entire rec center with the admission fee. If you’re a parent not wanting to swim but just there to watch your kids, just let the front desk people know and they won’t charge you. There are also monthly individual passes available (with no minimum time commitment) which are surprisingly affordable — especially for kids to play at the pool in the summer! If you found this helpful please like my review so that I know people want me to keep writing them!

We had so much fun. Brought the 9 month old, 2 and 4 year old and there was something age appropriate for them all. Prices are decent and it wasn't too crowded. Went on a Saturday at 1pm. There's something for little ones and the bigger ones as well! Definitely recommend going.

We love the rec center for all things sports! Our kiddos have done soccer, basketball, flag football and karate! This is a great way to have your kids try different sports at reasonable prices.

I am extremely disappointed with this facility. We booked both of my daughters birthday party here (1 & 4 years old) we scheduled for Sunday afternoon at 1:30. This was planned for weeks and a $60.00 deposit was paid prior. We showed up to the party around 1:20 to hurry and set up, and the high school girls running the front desk looked confused like they had no idea a party was supposed to take place. They then told me that the facility closes at 2:30 Sundays. Imagine my shock!!! I had 30+ guests on the way half coming from Clearfield/ Layton. When booking our party we were told we get 1 hour in the rented room to eat, do cake, and open gifts. Then the children could go swimming. So I'm confused why the facility would book a child's birthday party at 1:30 knowing that they closed at 2:30. The girl at the time of booking even offered us available times of 12:30, 1:30, and 2:30... when asked to speak with a manager because nobody working had any idea what was going on or how to handle the situation I was told that their managers do not works on Sunday's. Here is the kicker... I called two time before the party to ask questions about the party room and to confirm the time. Not once did anybody mention that they closed at 2:30. We had to call half of our party and ask them not to make the hour drive. We spent countless time and money on party decorations that never even got used because we had no time to set up. We spent over $50.00 dollars for pizza to serve our guests that never got eaten due to the 20 minutes we got to spend in the party room. Even more so the memories of my daughters 1st birthday and 4th birthday were spent rushing to try and make things turn out some what ok.. I did not have time to take a single picture of my girls enjoying their party. I will never get that back and my heart was broken. I left the facility feeling so sad and embarrassed that this even took place. I have never felt so humiliated. Had we known that the pool closed at 2:30 we would have chose an earlier time or scheduled for a different day. This was the WORST experience. I hope anybody booking a birthday party here reconsiders due to the lack of communication and organization. When needing assistance regarding the situation and the only person available is a 15 year old child who does not have the authority to make a decision is absolutely absurd. A manager should always be available. The icing on top of the cake was that they charged the parents $7 to swim for 20 minutes. Please consider training your managers and employees when it comes to...

Horrible customer service and front desk management. We recently moved to utah from Arizona and signed up for the annual all-county family pass two weeks ago. Since then we have been coming to this recreation center on a daily basis with my 2 year old son to use the pool area. Then today we were suddenly stopped on our tracks at the entrance because we didn't get a wrist band for our toddler for the pool area, something we weren't aware of since we started out membership and use of their facility. Then they demanded to know if we have swim diapers and a plastic bag for him, otherwise we can't enter the pool area. Once again something we weren't aware of that they required. Something we have not even considered since he is potty trained and have been using this pool and any other pool with no issues at all. Until now. But regardless of that explanation the ladies were adamant that the rules be followed. Which is fine and dandy but not when you enforce your rules to your members in such a haughty, condescending manner. We wouldn't be having this issue in the first place if you explained your rules when we signed up, or at any point of time in the last two weeks that we have been coming here. So why act in such a demeaning manner, and scold us when you yourself have failed to do your job in the first place. And thank you, lady, who I assume is the manager, for walking out in the middle of the conversation, so very professional of you. What a great image you present as a leader. Instead of standing by your employee, you let her take all the heat. Anyways, in the end, when we finally decided to cancel our membership, did they offer this solution: "You know you can purchase the swim diapers here. It's 3 dollars" ...Son of a ... -.- now why didn't you offer this in the first place? Why let the conversation get so heated? Why make us think we have to go out of our way to buy one so we can get in?...
