Priscilla McCall's — Attraction in Hickory

My boyfriend and I have passed by a few times and never had an opportunity to go in becuase we usually have the kiddos. Today it was just us two and decided to stop by and look around. TERRRRIBLE TERRIBLE experience. The first thing when I open the door, the woman working there told me and my boyfriend we had to leave our Starbucks drinks at the front “no drinks aloud”. Ok fine whatever we leave em at the door. Then proceed in not even 20 seconds later demands my boyfriend to put his phone away becuase he had it in his hand. We told her we weren’t using it and said it didn’t matter it needed to be put away in his pocket. I’m annoyed at this point…we continue looking around and another lady comes out complaing about my dude hitting his Jul (vape). That’s when I said efff this and decided to walk out. I told my dude out loud “let’s go i feel like a little child in an adult store” and walked out and the lady at the front was smart mouthing me as I was walking out . Terrible customer service. Never again. Save yourself the trip....

I have been saying to my husband whenever we are in the area and pass by that I wanted to go in there and look around so I was in the area today and stopped by to see what they had and the experience was terrible. I wasn't greeted at all, the one woman that was there was hiding behind one of the shelves and she didn't offer any help and wasn't friendly. She honestly seemed embarrassed about her job. If she is embarrassed she really doesn't need to be working there. I had been looking forward to buying stuff in there but I will not go back because of that woman. And to add to this, I just read that customers are required to wear face masks but not employees?? That's very disappointing to see. Do you have anyone that reaches out to customers about their experience or do you just let it go and not care? I just wanted to know because I had been wanting to go to this store for four years and was very upset at the way I didn't have the only employee that was...

Just came in there and the three employees there were so rude. They were intensely staring at me and I had other friends with me. And it made me feel so uncomfterable to shop there. Never again I will go in there. They were so unwelcoming. And there were other people that came in and they were still staring at me and my friends. I even stared back and the employee noticed it and prentend to actually care for what I need. There was no enthusiasm at all from the employees. The older lady with glasses and blonde hair was rude. The young girl with brunette hair and glasses was rude. And the other lady that was young she had black hair and had a lot of makeup on she was rude as well. All of their social skills were terrible....
