Highly-recommended especially for the Greensboro Police Department, some of their people need some lovin' especially its angry under-covers in Catawba County, like the one who ran-up behind me in Valley Hills Mall, he was clearly agitated but I'll never know what his thoughts were on failing to hook me up in there for his manner of contact was identical to how I was contacted from the start in District 3: you'll pay for that every chance I get.
What the Department did for a number of years was illegal and not exactly bright, I'll get to Chief Hinson later if I get to him at all--he's hard to get to: what the Department did was allow people to come to the property and my person an issue County took care of in the beginning for I never heard from Barnes's people "This is about people with money, it's just always been that way." Their take was "Kim Maynard will be the last of these people who keep coming to you" and he was so they then resorted to approaching at 11-11:30 P.M., 12:45 A.M., 4 A.M., none of those in any particular order except for 1-2 A.M. where I was cited for "Injury to Personal Property" which should have read "Injury to Kotis Properties" and I'd like my bat back, maybe the Department can drop it off the next time they come out here--once they target you they never stop.
Although it wasn't everyone in the GPD in Guilford County and it wasn't (I would normally call them all officers but some of them left their offices to come here) it was unfortunately too many if not most. The Department became so desperate and lowly, as it was from the start due to the caliber of people it did business with, it even allowed Andrew "Clothes Horse" Swofford in on the game--he is especially talented for I don't think anyone with the Department could have snuck back into someone's place without getting caught although most men might become enamored with lady's underwear (see Victoria's Secret). Andrew, who the entire neighborhood knew, who anyonecould see from a considerable distance was an addict and graduate of Crime College, I'll bet that girl doesn't know Swofford broke into a home two properties behind my place long ago--drugs are costly and employers often can't keep up with demand. There was a Community Watch in Outling's District--they are naturally both Friends--but all Barger ever did for the city was slander others, but not close "friends" like "Clyde" who got over for years due to his mother "having money," Kay, Treasurer of the WNA at the time which was awesome for her son, I am assuming--I never knew the Swoffords: he continued to pick-up dope in Lake Daniel Park not only when I first moved there but one of the last times I saw him: not when he was behind me too, and took off like the GPD did in Valley Hills Mall: "Clyde" had fat city connections--the Community Watch never sullied his name but if she did he might have never wound-up in someone else's pants costing the property owners a tenant after their being permanently spooked and nearly hugged. They should sue the city for that and I hope they do for I told the Community Watch about him a long time ago the answer however being "I'll need more information before going to police" a response I'd only found odd at the time--thanks to the Web, even more know about him than many knew from simple observation. If you are "someone with money" with emphasis on "with" you get away with all kinds of things, like picking-up dope in Lake Daniel Park which is what Swofford did for years until he bumped his game up. Such is life in Greensboro should you ever stop by or decide to live there, for if you haven't caught-on by now the average person isn't much on the City of Greensboro's agenda; you could die there as a result. A corrupt Department isn't good for anyone for corruption never benefits the poor and probably not the average shopper either, even one all the way out in Valley Hills Mall when all of a sudden the people who stopped to ask you for directions umpteen times to the Coliseum had no problem finding Valley Hills Mall and everyone knows...
Read moreI love going to sportclips and usually enjoy my visit, sadly today I arrived and signed in, it said first available which was fine, I sat down to wait. A guy came in right after me and was going to wait on his usual girl, she apparently was gonna be a while so the girl asked him if he wanted to wait or get next available. He said next available would be fine and the girl said ok I can get you now and took him right back. I sat there like what the heck. I let that go and a few seconds after another girl came out and said are you ready and took me back. I'm a masculine girl so I have short hair, the girl asked me how I like my side burns and I told her they just get shaved with my zero fade I always get. She replied with I always like to ask because girls don't like to look like a dude. It would have been fine except she kept saying it. Made me feel very uncomfortable, she is not my usual stylist I go to. She was very forceful with my head and overall just not all that friendly. I originally had reservations about going to a more oriented male hair place but enjoyed my experience the first time. Now I'm not sure if I want to return. Super disappointed and felt discriminated against and felt like I was putting her out by getting my hair cut because she was yawning the whole time and saying she could so take a nap. Then when I was leaving if that wasn't enough as I was trying to pay she grabbed a product from the shelf she had I used on my hair and put it in my hand and walked around the cou ter to ring it up without me saying I wanted it. I placed it back on the shelf and said thank you but I still have some gel I've been using. Which she replied oh, I don't like gel it make your hair flakey, I don't use that for clients. Over all to some people this may not sound bad, but I was very uncomfortable the entire time. Thank you Debbie for making my experience this Sunday super uncomfortable, next time if I return i will wait for Christina my...
Read moreI just recently moved to hickory from California and I needed a haircut. So I looked online and found Sportsclips. The reviews looked amazing and I knew that Sportsclips had a great reputation for cutting hair so I called and went in.
When I arrived I was met by the lady who would cut my hair. She had me sign in and She walked me to the back to cut my hair. She seemed courteous and kind. politely asked me what I wanted cut and proceeded to give me a haircut.
I actually liked the haircut. She's fast and my hair looked good.
After she finished cutting my hair she used a mirror to show me what my hair looked like behind my head. I told her i thought it looked nice. she then asked if I would like a shampoo and towel service. She said it was free. I politely declined. She asked if I was sure. I politely declined again. It almost seemed as if from that point she just ran up to the front and waited for me to pay.
I still had to put on my sweater and didn't really get to look at my hair from the front.
Probably seems like its not that big of a deal to some people but, i just didnt like the way she made me feel. I didn't feel good about myself. now looking back I felt like she just rushed my haircut and wanted to get someone else in. Which is fine. but Im just not going to come back. I felt like I was just a number, another transaction. I usually tip all of my past barbers another $10 to whatever the price is but she just made me feel so not good about my self. I still tipped her a few bucks because thats just how I am but I will not be coming back
I forgot her name but she worked at the slot right behind the front desk with the green bay packers drawing on her mirror.
Its unfortunate I have to write this review because I actually liked her haircut. but i wont be coming back or...
