I had the most horrible experience at this location trying to receive a COVID shot. When questioned if I can receive the shot the lady says “ we will vacate ANYTHING here” because of my African American status she considers me a thing, a non human object. Wow, that was a first for me. Name unknown!! This lady was even talking about the Asian people inline. I was born this way it’s no changing it. After that Dr. Norma violates my privacy making a huge scene like side show circus act. Or so I thought, lots of smoke, mirrors and deflections. Won't even go there anymore and the only thing I miss now is my caseworker Austin and it's a shame.
