Jerusalem Pizza — Restaurant in Highland Park

We were looking for a place with a reliable hechsher that serves Cholov Yisroel and Pas Yisroel; and were delighted to find them. Jerusalem Kosher Restaurant is the best Kosher dairy restaurant in the Highland Park and Edison area. We always go back for their great choice of foods and cozy and friendly atmosphere. Shalom the owner and the rest of the crew always serve us with a smile and impress us with their speed! Their food is always delicious and reasonably priced. They have a board on the wall where the Jewish community post their business cards and ads and is a great source of net working for us. They also sell a few Hebrew news papers and some Kosher food products imported...

this is a Kosher option. It is not much though. The food is edible. The place has not been cleaned in years, and the staff has an attitude that I would not wish on my enemies. The service stinks, and for some reason, this business has an opinion that we do not need to provide service to the community, this small town deserves better and nobody with that kind of business practice and attitude deserves publics business. They are not cheap and then you do not provide good hours. They have a Chinese restaurant next door that I would say exactly the same nothing different.

Rude service. I wanted to order online but when I called to ask a question I realized that they don't have many of the salads listed on their website. The man on the phone (Monday at 12:15 pm) lost his patience and told me he needs to hang up because they're busy and said to "call back when I decided on salads" without taking the time to actually tell me what they have and ignoring the fact that the website information is not updated.

I ended up ordering online the combination of falafel and four salads. All veggie salads looked and tasted a few days old. The food was packed and tasted like cafeteria food. Not...
