TOM FORD Dallas Highland Park Village Store — Attraction in Highland Park

This is one of the most awesome boutiques in Dallas, not just because Ford is a ridiculously talented designer, but because the Dallas store has a laser focus on customer service. They are not just nice to their customers, they bend over backwards for them. I purchased a pair of Tom Ford's gold leaf glasses in the fall and four months later sat on them. I was devastated. I called around the country to see if they could be repaired but no luck. I was told to call the store, but don't tell them I sat on them. I called the store here and told them exactly that. The manager, without a moment's hesitation, said she would replace them if they had a pair. She had one of the last pairs in the country and she replaced them for mine. I was absolutely stunned. Went to the store to buy the exclusive “Oud Wood Parfum.” There were two sales associates. After dropping almost $500.00, I politely asked for a sample so that my friend the Tom Ford Rep for Dillard’s could smell it as well. I was told by the associate, “We don’t sample!” “People sell them on line, and we would never sell at Dillard’s.” Ironically enough when I just bought “Rose Exposed” at Saks and the sales associate threw in four samples and when I was debating between “Electric Cherry,” or “Cherry Smoke” The associate suggested “Electric Cherry,” and threw in like six samples of the “Cherry Smoke.” I found their attitude rude and obnoxious. Visited this store for an upcoming trip and needed to get my husband some essential items. Everyone in the store was extremely pleasant and helpful. Ricardo did an AMAZING job with helping my husband think outside the box to pick some items that he may have never considered but can't stop raving about how much he LOVES his new items! Ricardo has great style but also keeps the customer in mind when making suggestions, to ensure they are staying true to their own style and not just going with what is trendy.
