With the Wind Winery — Attraction in Hill City

I would give zero stars if I could… First we were told no dogs were allowed inside for wine tasting.. but there was no one there!! ok we sit outside, in the cold, with no real table. Later a man arrives with a dog and stays inside for 20 minutes… when I ask I get told “oh I just told him to go outside” … yeah right … we had the cheese platter served.. get this .. with paper plates and plastic utensils. Brie I have never been served without it being warmed in my life. Needless to say we didn’t purchase their wines. if they had just let us stand at the wine tasting bar there would have been no issue, my puppy understands sitting at my feet at the bar - just No No No you are in the hospitality business, act like it… New Yorkers know when we are getting the shaft service. Really enjoyed our visit! The draft beer was great and the wine trio was a nice way to try a few different wines and take home a souvenir glass. Food was exceptional(even our kids loved it).
