Had the absolute strangest encounter with the baristas at this shop: went in with my boyfriend around 9pm for a drink, asked if the espresso machines were down for the night and was told "no, we could still get a drink" so I ordered a latte and he ordered an americano. The two baristas started laughing, did not walk over to the coffee machine and instead pulled cold brew out of the fridge. We watched as they poured the equivalent amount of cold brew as they would espresso into our drink containers (2oz.) and proceeded to add milk to mine and water to my boyfriends. When we asked if they only had cold brew, the baristas kept laughing at us and said, "No, it's fine," and served us our very non-caffeinated beverages. With the laughing, it felt like the two of them were trying to trick us for some reason. I've never encountered that before in my life. I know a few people reading this might be thinking that coffee is coffee, but espresso is quite concentrated and 2oz. of it contains a considerably larger amount of caffeine compared to 2oz. of cold brew. It also tastes very different. Our drinks tasted like milk and dirty water, respectively. They lied in a very obvious way, were making fun of us and it was unprofessional. Very...

1. Fudge and coffee are good. No issues.
2. The lady in charge when we went yesterday was incredibly rude to her staff. It made me and my family very uncomfortable. She completely belittled and embarrassed this poor kid, who looked like he wanted to cry after. (And clearly he is new, because she was talking about how to handle a squeaky sound from the coffee machine. She said "Are you listening? What did I tell you? This is how you do it" takes over and lets him try nothing. What did I say about you telling me "okay" when you don't understand?" She ended up making my sister's drink wrong, ironically - getting someone's dairy correct is super important, and the young staff confirmed it was wrong with my sister.) There's no reason for a trainer to belittle someone, especially publicly, and especially when they are also imperfect. Have a little grace, lady! He's clearly a good worker and wants to do well. Slowest and most disorganized coffee service across the country. Coffee orders taken one at the time and only when first one is finished they ask for next one. If you came for 4 coffee drinks, you will be there for a long time waiting at the counter (can't wait away from counter since they did not take entire order), first coffee will be long cold before last coffee is made. Each drink takes forever to make too. After 2-3 coffees they try to total your order and you will have to remind you need more, they make one more and try to total again without asking whether you are done ordering. The coffee drinks they make are good but it may be hard to appreciate because by the time they are finished, it will not be the same. The place is literally the grind and lives up to turtle...
