Very disappointed with the customer service. I waited 20 minutes before someone asked me if I've been helped. It was around 6 pm Thursday evening, to only be frustrated when they could not simply change a watch battery. I've spend a lot of money here at this jewelry location and will not be returning. Instead they gave me a card to go elsewhere "watchman" to change a battery.
