Hillsboro Computer — Attraction in Hillsboro

Nice people who seemed genuine and friendly but business wise I believe there is some issues going on in the background.

I brought my computer in for a simple broken video card, i was left in the dark for a week about the repairs until i called the store to find my computer hadnt even been looked at, apparently the repair man of the shop had been sick and so things were backed up.

Thats understandable, but in this day and age where technology is so prevalent you should really contact people and let them know there is going to be a delay on their hardware and perhaps they will want to take it somewhere else.

After my initial call to find out about my computer i then wait another 3 days to finally be told they do not have a video card in the store compatible with the PC and therefor cannot test it.....

I go in the shop to pick up my PC and find another repair store in the Portland area and have my computer fixed and working and back in my office in the span of two days

Great experience. The owners are very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. I'm computer illiterate, and they spent more than an hour helping me wipe my computer and recover my accounts after a phishing attack. Computer has functioned really well ever since. I will go to them for all my future computer needs. Can't recommend...

No help whatsoever. They have a hilarious message that will play and pretend to not hear you. They probably play back and laugh at it. Sounds funny except I got shit to do and don't have time for...
