No problems here. I arrived 30 minutes ahead of my scheduled appointment. Pull in all the way to the top of the parking lot and park. Go inside the shipping receiving office and give your pickup number starting with a "6". They will have you print your name and phone number on check in sheet. Then tell you to back into an empty door and bring your truck key and door number to them. They started loading my trailer 30 minutes from my check in time. Shipping staff friendly and professional. So don't always believe what you read on the reviews. If you're polite and professional then they will treat you the same. Safe travels!

They force you to use mask whick is ilegal. And then they put stupid labels saying not to ask for mask. I had to get a used mask from another driver in order to check in!. Its ridiculous, if you putting the rules, provide the mask, how much money can...
