The most rudest experience. I placed an order today, after being invited from Omar on the phone but he completely just Yelled at me and walked away. So two weeks I placed an order for two Chicken Salads and a small fry. When I arrived home I looked in the bag and the fries where forgotten by the staff. I called the comments # and left a VM describing what happened and informing please coach your staff to be more attentive. Twenty minutes after leaving a VM, Omar the General Manager calls me apologizing and he even jokingly offered to bring the fries to my house. I said its ok not that serious. Omar Then offered next time I dine at his Burger King, the Meal would be on him he even offered two meals for my wife also. Omar instructed me next time I go to his BK just ask for him or tell the manager on duty to contact him.
I went to the Burger King, as invited back from Omar and did as he instructed and asked for him. I ordered a Whopper Meal, Large. I told the manager and Omar comes to window. I proceed to mention our phone call, and out of NO where Omar, lifts his hand and places it in my face. He stops me from finishing and Yells for me to come inside. I tell him I'm in hurry and not walking in. Omar then wastes more time Yelling at saying I have customers waiting. I try to mention again he just repeats and Yells again. His behavior towards me was hostile and I very uncomfortable coming inside because i'm in hurry and he literally Yelled at me. I just paid for the meal and left. Never will I return to this Burger King. I can't believe the audacity to be invited back to restaurant from previous complaint to just being Ignored and yelled at by person who called me on phone. Read moreIt's the usual deal with the food but my gripe has to do with the employees and some shady practices I have noticed. Many times the food isn't right at the drive thru. About 75% of the time I go to the drive thru they will either make you back up after you pay or pull ahead and wait in the parking lot untill you get your food. This is done because they take an unusually long time to get the food and they are trying to cheat the car sensor that records how long it takes from order to actually getting your food. I have actually witnessed who I assume was a manager repeatedly going in circles thru the drive thru about 15 times to increase there performance time average. If they took the effort and time they put into cheating the system and applied it towards actually providing better service they wouldn't have to do it. If this is what they overtly do, makes you wonder what goes on...

That girl at counter charged us $ 2.50 for small hot cup of water. When I asked that her how is that possible you guys can charge 2.50 for just a small cup of hot water. Are you guys for real? Like you guys does not have any humanity left. You guy’s was justified this by saying it is a charge of just a cup. Not for what inside the cup really??. Other lady was like i got it.
