Mattress Firm Telford — Attraction in Hilltown Township

I would not recommend buying a mattress at Mattress Firm. You will likely overpay 4-5x for what you're actually getting.

The good: get to try out different mattresses before you buy. You will get a feel for what level of comfort and support you prefer. salespeople are polite and helpful.

The bad: prices are extremely high. You'll likely end up paying north of $2000 for a mattress delivered to your home vs. $300-400 from Amazon or Walmart of the same quality. when discussing mattress quality and features they focus on gimmicky details rather than things that actually matter (number of coils per mattress, density of foam in pcf, etc.) you will be upsold on stuff you don't really need after getting the mattress (adjustable base, pillows, mattress cover, installation)

My advice would be to avoid it altogether and get either a cheap pillow top hybrid from Walmart/Amazon/Overstock for $300-500, or if you're looking for top of the line find a good D2C latex mattress with 500+ coils and a good...

Terrible experience i bought the bed 3 months ago called almost every week saying our backs hurt they kept saying give it more time so finally we just said let's do a exchange and spend a couple hundred dollars more for what we hope would be a better bed then a 1,100 dollar bed.everything went so smooth and seemed unreal untill the delivery drivers showed up with the new bed and denighed the exchange because of a tiny stain that you could only see with a bright flash light we bought a waterproof mattress cover to keep it safe from day one it's a defected bed from the start 3 months ago when we called every week now, they tell us to call corporate that it's out of their hands and corporate tells us to call the manufacturer. these people like to play with people's money

also have new people working alone saying oh it's her first week??? she doesn't know it all yet.. ok then have a trainee with them so they don't give out false information and false hope. ...
