Verizon — Local services in Hilltown Township

I am a senior citizen Android user and have dealt with this store for years. I feel we were taken advantage of by the store manager. In December 2019 we decided to upgrade our phones. We wanted to go to Apple. Manager of the site talked us out of Apple because the moderately priced Apples are older software that will slow down according to him. He steered us into LG ThinQ G7 phones. Never told these phones were discontinued in Mid 2019 !!!!! Charged $650 each for the phones, in mid December found out that Best Buy & other retailers were discounting these phones to ~$300 to get rid of them. From the start these phones have been very Quirky (flips screens, disappearing home buttons, touch screen freezes, & will not hook to home computer) . In Late Jan, I tried to use these phones in northern PA at our vacation home & Verizon service is horrible. Way worse than my former Galaxy s7. I thought I could trust the tech advice I was getting...

This place is great. I try to use these independent stores in an attempt support small businesses. When the service is as great at this place though, the pleasure is all mine! During my first visit, there was a young bearded man (I believe his name was Justin?) who helped me step by step through the process of switching from T-Mobile to Verizon Wireless. What I assumed would be a grueling, arduous process turned out to be anything but. He cracked a couple "Knock Knock" jokes while the page was loading (boy did he have me going!) and before I knew it, I was on my way with a brand new iPhone! We've been using this Verizon franchise location for probably close to 10 plus years and have always had a positive experience. Our most recent was with a long-time rep, Victor, who is very knowledgeable, professional, patient, and is able to multitasking with multiple customers, support his team and still make us feel like we are important at the same time. He knows the plans, offers from memory and how to work around any hurdles that may arise. He is also friendly and honest.
