I love this store, its owners and the staff for personal and professional shopping; everyone is always so kind and friendly. Mr. Rick and Mrs. Jane makes sure to have the latest styles in clothing but especially in shoes, and the prices are very reasonable. Lastly, this is always my stop for school uniforms. Customer isn’t great when making an exchange. The manager Danny was very rude when I went to exchange out a pair of uniform pants! Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience and trying to sympathize with me he instead argued me down about how the uniforms that sit in front of the store are non exchangeable and nonreturnable and told me I should’ve read the posted signs outside the store. This store has great customer service while purchasing but make sure you put them on and walk around their store before you make your purchase and walk out because once you have walked out of their store you will not get a refund or exchange if they have a crease in the toe. The owner informed me that if a shoe has any crease in the shoe it looks like they are selling used shoes.If they accept a return. So if you are about to purchase a pair from them make sure their is no crease before doing so. Would not recommend them for the return...
