Hiram Square — Attraction in Hiram

The service is terrible at this location. It gets worse everytime I go in there. This last experience is my final experience. The man who assisted me with the computer purchase tried to sell me an Apple laptop. I stated nicely that I didn't want that you're of computer. It's too different from what I know. He told me "Just like you learned the other computer, you can learn This." I had to tell him for times that I didn't want an Apple. He wasnt very interested in telling me the pros of another laptop. He just kept saying "I don't know about this one" (Dell G7 and others like it.) Finally, after my husband stepped in, and I looked on the web I decided on a fitting gaming computer for us to create and edit videos. He got the computer and rang us up. The box looked like it had been in Tyson fight! So, we took it to the front and returned it before leaving the store. The young lady reserved one at the Acworth store for us to pick up. It's a nice shopping mall. The stores nearby are very good, nice food. I like Hai-Hai and I prefer to go go to Mellow Mushroom every now and then. The parking lots looked clean and clear, so there wasn't much of a problem with it.

I’ve had a great experience with Best Buy’s mobile phone service. The staff is knowledgeable and patient, walking me through different carrier plans and phone options without the usual sales pressure. I really appreciated being able to compare carriers side by side in one place instead of visiting multiple stores.
