I purchased a bedroom set, dining room table, and a sofa and love seat from Price Busters in Wilmington, Delaware. I paid for delivery and assembly. The day of delivery, one of the bedroom dressers was damaged. The sofa and love seat was the wrong color and a dining room chair was damaged while being assembled. Although, all this was frustrating, the delivery guys and the store manager were very helpful and corrected all of it. The delivery drivers made contact with the store and worked with me to resolve the issues. The store manager made arrangements for the store to delivery the replacement of the damaged items and the correct color sofa's. The store manager was beyond helpful and attentive. The delivery drivers were helpful and responsive to may needs. The store employees who were charged with replacing the damaged items and replacing the sofa's were so friendly and accommodating. Although, there were some issues with this purchase....I would do this all over again. All the of staff that I encountered during this process were professional and eager...

I'm giving the product we purchased from Price Busters a 1 star review. The store employees were very professional. We spent about $2,600 on this couch had issues with the cushions. Some were filled with hard green styrofoam while others were filled with almost like poly-fil material. After emailing them and complaining about the cushions they sent new ones with softer filling, however, definitely these did not last long at all and are deflated. We have had this couch since july of last year, it is extremely uncomfortable to sit on. The fabric is some-what rough and the cushions are really sagging. We wish we would have seen the couch first in person rather than special order it online. We saw this couch online for almost a year and really liked the look of it and saw that the reviews were ideal. Now its about $1,000 cheaper than what we paid for. I wonder why.......Never again. Buyers remorse to a tee. We are sooooo angry with ourselves deciding on this purchase. Dellara Chalk Sectional 4-piece please save yourself the resentment and do not buy...

Wish I could give 0 stars. Paid in full a few months ago for a bedroom set and sofa set to be delivered 09/24/2021- worker called me (a lady), said my bedroom set wouldn't be able to be delivered, that it was "out of stock," - how can something I paid in full already for be out of stock? Answer is they probably sold it to someone else. The lady stated they still had my sofa set. I ended up moving a week later (today 10/01/2021) and now they don't have either furniture sets that I already paid for. Talked to Mike about the situation, and he stated he would call me an hour back today (which he never did) I ended up calling him and he stated that there are no refunds/returns and that I have to pick different furniture- which is beyond dumb because any other store would give money back for what they can't deliver. I already paid for what I wanted and expected to be delivered. I even recommended this store to others - will never do again. SAVE yourself some heartache / a headache and buy elsewhere- don't trust...
