6/9/24 So I went back and gave it another chance and nope so I got $15 in wrong food that I paid extra for due to wanting upgrades that were not given. No one has or wants to give money away and not get what they want. I ordered a steak burrito (steak is an upcharge) I got chicken (my S/O doesn't eat chicken) waste #1, I ordered a crunchy taco supreme no tomatoes (he doesn't eat tomatoes either) besides the tomatoes it was broken so waste #2, finally I ordered a grilled cheese burrito, the wrap was the regular wrap not the grilled cheese wrap, I ordered jalapeno peppers and pico (this is an extra charge) neither was in it (I still ate mine but it's the up charge as small as it may seem and be it the principle) so not a total waste (#3) but an extra disappointment. The place was not crowded and had a lot of friendly employees. Oh and my daughter got the new Cheez-It taco or whatever she said it was disgusting and cold, all of our food was lukewarm at best. I reheated mine but the broken taco was just eaten warm, the other chicken burrito was trashed and the Cheez-It taco could not actually be reheated nicely so was half eaten the way it was. I'm not sure if my last experience was shared or the exact date (it's been quite awhile though) but it's below (so in case anyone's wondering what that is😁). Worst of all I still had to cook so my S/O could eat and it was 6pm!
If I could give negative stars I eould. I ordered 25 worth of food was missing food so we go inside to get our food get home and the order was still wrong. It's fast.foif tacos not Ruth Chris steaks😠. Wastedny money cause u do year what they put in my bag. Be nice to hear...
Read moreI was just here, for a DoorDash order an African woman at drive through told me at 11:32 that we have to come in for door dash orders, every other Taco Bell does drive through this time Of night, I wasted my time Going through drive through then trying all doors which were locked, dasher support called you guys which were ignored. I can’t just unassign the order I’m not messing up my completion rate. I was reimbursed by DoorDash as they cancelled the order but my time was wasted. No employees coming to help at locked door which I was told to go to, I’m pretty sure I was supposed to get the costumers order in drive through Just like all the other Taco Bell’s and if not you should’ve been specific, because I was told to come in, theirs no way I can open the locked door. but it doesn’t make sense considering all doors were locked. time I won’t get back. Thanks for wasting my time. I would prefer to be blocked so I don’t have this issue again. As when orders pop up sometimes I can’t reject. I don’t want another order for this store at night past 11:00, to have this same issue. Instead of lying by saying I can enter the locked doors at 11:30pm at night and that at 11:30 you won’t accept door dash orders in drive through, just turn off your system for door dash orders it benefits us, as we’re not wasting time or gas. Read moreI purchased food here on 12/27/2024. When I got home and opened the separate rice and bean bowls, they were barely filled. You could see the bottom of each bowl. I went back to the store last week with my receipt and a picture to advise the manager. Steve, the manager that day, and after showing him my picture of the food bowls, he stated "that's all you get. One spoonful." I asked what a spoonful was.. a teaspoon, a tablespoon, or what size spoon. I asked why did they use the size bowls they did if they were meant to be minimally filled. They should use bowls 1/3 the size they do if that's all a customer was paying $1.99 for. He refused to discuss further. I ordered food today again, in hopes of making my case that I had not receive what I paid for. The bean and rice bowls were properly filled. Steve was again the manager. I showed him the bowls I received today. He stated he saw me come in and told the employees to fill the bowls to a level one would expect. Please note: I have frequented this Taco Bell at least 6 times before (recently moved to this area) and the rice and bean bowls were filled as expected. Never have I experienced such rudeness and arrogance from anyone. Steve apparently is shorting food to customers for some reason....maybe to make his store income versus expense look better while ripping off customers. I always loved Taco Bell.
