Fusco's Water Ice is, without a doubt, the best water ice I've ever tasted in my life! Truly puts the competition to shame. The service is stellar, with Drew leading the charge in friendliness and helpfulness. He patiently answers all my questions and ensures I never feel rushed or stressed while ordering, even when they’re extremely busy. The prices are more than reasonable, and the newest milkshakes are absolutely delicious AND LACTOSE FREE!!! Honestly, I make it a point to visit at least once a week to try a new flavor (they're all fresh and tasty!), and the added positivity from Drew makes each visit even better!

Took my wife and two kids to give this place a try. First we go in not one person behind register greets you when entering not a hey welcome to fuscos or a simple hello. Second went in for strawberry banana oh we’re not serving it today but it’s clearly listed as a flavor on menu board unlike Rita’s where if the flavor isn’t available they remove it so you don’t ask. Further more when I pay the machine clearly asks immediately for a tip which I don’t mind doing for good service but when I select print my reciept I was never given it lady looking at me like what you still here for while I’m asking for my receipt oh we don’t print receipts well why is it an option. My family visited here for the first time after dinner last Saturday and our experience was terrible! As soon as we walked in, we were not greeted and barely given a chance to look at the menu before the young lady at the counter started rushing us to order. As we were stating what we wanted she was hurrying to get everything before we even stopped talking. She was very unfriendly and dismissive. My stepsons got cappello’s with cherry water ice and they said they were good, my step daughter an apple cider donut which she loves, I got the blueberry graham ice cream and it was not good, it was Very sweet and tastes nothing like blueberry.
