Hollywood West Skate Park — Attraction in Hollywood

Very first visit today, very happy to have one close just wish it was bigger. My 4yr old on a skateboard almost got run over with a bike on the ramp. Thank God the boy was able to stop just above his face in the air.His friend was in shock holding his mouth for about five min that I actually had to smile at him letting him know it's ok. It was an accident, I'm not at all mad actually impressed of this young man skills to avoid an harmful accident. But my point is it would be great if it had more space, double ramps. Skateboarding and biking are great for kids...

Came on January 18, 2019 to try and roller skate but was told people vandalized the skate park so it is closed until further notice. Only certain parts of the park was open. It’s not the parks fault that we couldn’t skate but was a little sad that people would ruin the fun for others. Fields all nice but skatepark has broken mini ramp, and nails hanging out, needs to be fixed up, also the direct path gate is locked on weekends but you can go through gap in fence in between parking lot and soccer field, or the gate opened between the soccer field and skate park, you'll still have to jump little fence to get into the skate park...
