Went there for a quick shopping visit for the first time I must say that their color scheme is a very bright yellow the store was previously a Winn-Dixie who is owner also of fresco y más went to customer service for a quick visit the young lady at the register was very friendly and helpful it seemed like the manager was having a bad day though overall not a bad store So my first experience at fresco in Los was good then I went to the one on Taft Street today and had a really bad experience try to return a couple of chickens but I did not have my receipt I just wanted either a store credit or I would have exchanged it for merchandise right then in there but the gentleman who is the manager sorry I didn't catch his name was being difficult and said I must have a receipt even though it's clearly marked its from their store and it was in date and there was no problems with the packaging so I had to call corporate office and file a complaint because he wouldn't give me a exchange store credit or anyting without the receipt that I did not have my fault I will no longer be shopping with this company fresco y mas Winn-Dixie and they're also a few other companies that I don't know the name of it was on Taft Street in Hollywood Florida I'll give it one star cuz the store look like it was kind of neat other than that it's in the negative zone for me a customer who went home with nothing for dinner no food for their dog just a couple chickens that I cannot cook since my oven has broken and I don't have space in my freezer which isn't the best either times are hard thanks for asking me mas won't be seeing you any longer hope corporate...
Read moreWill not go back! As a family of six, we spend roughly $1200 a month at this store. My brother, a household of four spends roughly $500 a month at this store. My mother, a household of two spends roughly $300 a month at this store. I had a manager argue with me about coupons that were showing clipped in the cart that did not come off of the bill, but no longer display clipped after purchase, two weeks ago. So be sure to check your reciepts! Thought it was a one off. A bad day for the manager or whatever. So I overlooked it. Then today I had the gentleman (and I say that loosely) who’s getting carts out of the parking lot snatch a cart from in front of me. He told me that “it’s not used for Dollar general“ even tho it’s the cart I just used at your store to put the items in my car, that was at the very back of your parking lot. I used that same cart to transport my 2 year old to the next store after putting my groceries in the car and planed on bringing it back to the cart return which was by my car. So after purchasing at your store, I couldnt use the cart in the same parking lot 10 feet away from your front doors? Therefore I had to carry a 20 pound bag in one hand with a two-year-old walking all the way to the back of your parking lot.I literally just made a purchase. I explain that to him, he told me “oh well.“ So you lost my business, and my familys. So 24,000 a year and let that gentleman know when his wife, daughter, or sister are treated in the same manner in which he treated me not to get upset, because he earned it!...

Every month a go to this same location to purchase a money order using my debit card. Every month for the past few months I've had zero issues with using my debit card, until today. I ask for a money order and I'm asked if I'm paying cash or card. I tell her I'm using debit and she ask for my card and ID. She tells me to wait a minute and takes out her personal call and makes a call. She speaks Spanish the entire length of the call and then hangs up and tells me her manager said I can't use a business debit card to purchase the money order. I asked why and she couldn't give me a reason, so I requested to speak with the manager. The cashier Maria disappears to the back office for a few minutes then returns and tells me I can use the same business debit to complete my purchase. So I tell her I still would like to speak with the manager. The manager comes out and speaks with me in perfect English and tells me she has never dealt with a business debit card situation and couldn't give me a reason as to why I was asked for ID and was initially told I couldn't use my card.
I don't know what kind of establishment you guys are running, but I do not appreciate a cashier using her personal phone to contact God knows who while hold my drivers license and debit card in hand. Secondly I don't appreciate being as for ID for a pin transaction. I would like a follow up on this situation along with some accountability for the actions of your...
