My wife and I have been regular customers of Giant Pizza for quite a while, I am disabled and have a limited menu of what I can eat. Salad is always a good thing. We have never had an issue until last week. When my wife got home about 9:30, we opened the Salad and found it to be nothing like our previous orders. It was missing all the croutons, next to no cheese, cucumber, onions and tomatoes. I called the store, spoke with a woman who really did not care when I told her and she just said "Sorry" and that was the end of the call. On August 7th, my wife went into the store and spoke to a manager and he basically called her a liar. She showed him the photos and treated her like trash. He said you should have come back that night. I was not going to send my wife out at 10:00 PM to replace a $10.00 salad, spend more in time and gas plus it was dark and your store is not in the safest of areas at night. The funny thing was, two weeks earlier, I called the store and left a message that we really loved your food and please let the owner know. My wife actuality met Richard the owner later in the week and he thanked her for saying what we did. So, Richard, you need go get rid of that manager because once you make a customer look somewhere else, you have lost him forever. There are many places we can get a good salad, Unfortunately, it will not be from your store anymore. What we don't understand is that we had photos and all the manager had to do was say sorry and we will replace it. Good Custom,er Service will never fail you. So now, you have not only lost us but we will tell others. If we were treated right, we would have posted an excellent review and told others that this store is the place to be. Honestly, what does your salad cost to make? $3.00 -$4.00 maybe? So you lost a good customer for 4 bucks. Tell the manager he did a great job.... NOT. BTW Joes Pizza and Pasta is much closer to our home and yet we went to your...

Read moreI had been looking for a good NY style pizza spot for 16 years, and had been wanting to try Giant Pizza for months... I finally got there 2 days ago and I'm still thinking about the taste, the flavor... People think that because the pizza is made with a thin crust, that it's NY style pizza. No! It's more than thin crust; It's also the sauce, the cheese, the dough: The taste! So, I picked up Pops excited for a surprise Slice Date surprise, pull up to this totally cute mom & pop, NYC looking spot; window included. We order a cheese and pepperoni slice, and a Hawaiian Punch (can): $6 and change (don't see that a lot)...a pizza spot is only as good as their cheese slice. The staff was ok. Not rude, but not a real smile in the place if any; ⁸even when my father cracked a couple of jokes, that had me and the other 2 customers cracking up...They gave us a 10/15 minute wait time. Less than 10 minutes later, we were up... My 1st thought was, man that smells so good; my father on the other hand was not happy because not only was it not a real NY style size slice (big to huge in size), but he didn't like that my slice was significantly smaller. If you are not going to serve big slices (at least bigger than normal), you might want to at least have same size slices. It's not fair... Finally getting to try the pizza...Delicious!!! Now that was real NY style pizza!!! *Taste!flavor: 5/5 *Slice size: 3/5 *Price (for size): 3/5 We'll be back: but until the slices get bigger or are worth the price of the slice, it'll be for a pie only when we are more than 2, which means losing 2 slice of pizza loving people for often visits. Which sucks, because it is so good...But we get almost triple the size of slice, with almost the same taste of pizza for just a...
