Nobody has gotten back to me! I just went to the store where I had hair in my food on Sunday 5/4 as I spoke to the manager Sunday after throwing my food away because there were 3 pieces of hair in my food! 1 in each chalupa and 1 in the potatoes. I called and the manager claims cooks wear hair nets. And was very careless. She told me to bring the receipt back and I did today. She wasn’t even professional enough to come to the window and told her workers she’s not getting a refund because we don’t have the food with us (which was in the trash and had hair in it!) the manager still refused to come speak to my family regarding the issue/refund. And sent another worker. Now 3 workers just say “sorry no refund if you don’t still have the food” even after the manager asked me to come back. We waited and waited where then all the workers and managers were just ignoring us, and laughing a lot! We asked for names, they refused to give us their names. After a while of holding up the drive through and us refusing to leave until we had a name, one of the ladies gave us 3 names. Marjorie, Nancy, and Sarai on a piece of paper. Not once did they apologize. Not once did they care. Just laughing and questioning and dismissing us. We’ve visited this Taco Bell for years. And not until recently are we having issues. This manager needs to be fired. And rehire better , caring staff who do not put hair in people’s food whether on purpose or not. Note: the lady in the photo is Nancy. Read moreThis is the worst possible Taco Bell you can go to. And I’m sure if corporate knew about it. They would be pissed closing early, denying customers lying to people and telling people that their systems are down so you can’t order. It’s just a complete and utter lie. I’m starting to see a pattern. I’ve been coming to this Taco Bell for many many many years but now as of recently when it gets into the later hours when they’re supposed to be open, you pull into the drive-through and you are told that the systems are down, but you can do a mobile online order Which is a complete bullshit lie it’s because they already did all of their drawers two hours early and don’t want to have to recount them. This is like the fourth time this has happened to me within one week the manager at this location that is doing this needs a little bit of retraining. it’s not right and it’s not OK. You are open till 4 AM. You closing the cash drawers. Out two hours early is not all right. There’s people out here that don’t have access to mobile ordering. Update: 08/20/2018. Lately they have been slipping in quality of food and maintaining atmosphere. Food stocks have been out for example, how do you run completely out of mild sauce? You'd think they would know when it's time to order more. Soda is pumped warm often out of stock or running no syrup. The floors are full of cup lids a huge puddle of water was marked with wet warning sign but no one cleans it up, ok hole in the roof? May want to fix that. Without my mild sauce, I'm not enjoying my experience as much as I used to. Especially when I have eaten here sometimes 2 days a week. I may have to find another type of food chain to call home. Eating my meal passing time has not made my opinion of this location any better. Customers came in and waited a full 15 minutes for someone to take care of their order and only after several calls to the back to see if they are finished talking to each other and could take a customers order.
