I don't know what really is considered a "bad" dog park, this is my favorite of the ones I have been to in Broward County. Do not be afraid of its location running along Dixie Highway. It's a good spot, I have never had any issues there. There is plenty of free parking. And the park itself is huge. There is a large oval asphalt sidewalk that you can walk around while your dog plays. I believe there are two water fountains for humans and pets. and at the far end of the park is a sort of sad looking baby pool with a hose that your dog can flop around in. It is always interested to see what dog will rule the pool that day. This is the place where you can be left alone. There are benches that surround the grass area where you can bring a book, or even lay out and get some sun. The dog owners are very friendly but a lot of people just come there to spend some alone time. You'll know the difference, many people will stop to chit chat with you about your dog. Because the park is so large I rarely see any skirmishes with other dogs. But hey, they're dogs, anything can happen. Somebody provides poop bags around the park so you can clean fidos' mess. This is my favorite time of the year to go through the next few months . In the summertime it is just too hot. Hope to see you there!

This park is a wonderful place to enjoy the outdoors! It’s very spacious and well-maintained, with plenty of greenery and shaded areas - perfect for leisurely walks or picnics. The paths are great for both jogging and cycling, so there’s something for everyone. There are plenty of benches and designated rest spots, along with a nice playground area for children. If you love nature-watching, you might spot a variety of birds and squirrels, which adds to the park’s charm. It’s always clean and tidy, reflecting regular upkeep. The parking is convenient, and there’s usually enough space. I highly recommend visiting for family outings, runs, or simply taking a break from the city’s hustle and bustle. Definitely worth checking out!

Nice place to take your dog for socializing! Shady areas and water faucets to keep your dog cool and a mini pool to splash around in. I would bring your own water bowl for drinking. Sometimes dogs are picky...Nice friendly dog owners who understand a little lite sparring is normal and healthy for our dogs!

There is shaded areas to sit and watch your dog play or you can walk the small paved track and keep your 👀 on your dog. Complimentary doggie bags are also provided! There is a separate gated area for small dogs or dogs who might need a little bit of separation before socializing!

I would highly recommend this park! Not sure about the hours. We can't wait to go back 🌴

I did notice a tall man about 6'3", he was dressed in grey shorts, grey shirt, and a grey hat (Walter white style). He walked with his hands behind his back and had a white small poodle with a pastel tye dyed harness. I didn't get...
