Richard’s Pet Friendly Motel — Hotel in Hollywood

I actually really like the Richard chain of motels, but I did not like my stay in this site. My primary issue is that I left my dog alone for less than 2 hours, during which she supposedly howled for "seconds," and the "Ambassador" for the property harassed me about this. He did not speak English but he very much seemed like he was trying to get me evicted for this, and even the staff of the hotel expressed confusion (they were actually on my side and I believe they are the only reason he did not actually kick me out, as they spoke to the owner and said they hadn't heard any noise coming from my dog, and believed it was coming from a different room). I also want to add that there were plenty of people who appear to reside there whose dogs made A LOT of noise throughout the day, WAY more than my dog, and the "Ambassador" didn't harass them. Very discouraging after spending $437 for the three nights (she's actually a service dog but I was told that I couldn't stay in the hotel with her, and that I would have to stay in the pet friendly one that's twice the rate, which means I got charged extra for having a service dog). Also seems odd that he tried to evict me for this when it's a pet...

The Absolute worst manager and management , Room the size of a mop closet no AC Bugs At when the pet friendly they put so much chemicals done it almost kill my dog , And been staying here working They kicked me out on a Holiday because they couldn't get in touch with the company I work for,and they will be and also go in your rooms when not asked to no privacy what so ever , The say your using drugs or will find any excuse to validate , Every one at that Place uses Drugs Help me lol They Charge me 350$ for A room with no AC A 3 by 5 bed And invaded my privacy and I watched them go in and out of rooms Snooping I have pictures to prove it ,and they pick and show favoriteism I told them about the issues and they said I was a liar stayed there on and off for 4 months all ways paid but they should find out for sure instead of Believing rumors but I do have the veternaian and proof of the chemicals , How is it you put pestesticide and chemicals down where your loving pet reside Wouldn't stay again if...

😊: Our stay was truly amazing. The place is super clean, spacious, and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room — it had a full kitchen, living area, and bathroom, all spotless and well-maintained. You can really tell they care about the details.

The service was outstanding. The front desk staff were always available, helpful, and kind. They made us feel at home from day one. The hotel itself is quite large, with several buildings on the same block, which makes everything easy and convenient.

Another big plus: they offer a very affordable laundry service and free parking, which is a huge bonus nowadays. The price-quality ratio is unbeatable. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it 100%. Congrats to the whole team for their amazing service and...
